Install latest version of GO Launcher EX.
Install the Theme (Do Not open directly after it's installed)
GO Back to GO Launcher EX's MENU -> Select "Themes".
Find "Jelly Bean Theme", click on it and then select "Apply".
 Apply Jelly Bean's Roboto font to GO Launcher
Preferences -> Visual settings -> Fonts -> Scan Fonts -> Select font -> select "Roboto-normal"
